Position Title: Sr. Associate
Location: VSPL Bangalore

Basic Function

This role primarily involves executing the Examining function using Title Plants as provided by client. This is a single seat function and hence will review the process done by the Searcher.

Essential Functions

  • Identify the type of order along with all necessary information’s provided.
  • Review the Property Index/Name Search/ Grantot Grantee Index and General Index processed by the Searcher
  • Examine the Documents used for the report by the Searcher.
  • Reviewing all the above steps before completing the order.

Skills / Technical Skills

  • Computer skills including MS Word & Excel
  • Keyboarding skills (minimum 25 wpm with 90% accuracy)

Process Specific Skills

  • Knowledge about the general information about Title Insurance
  • Knowledge about process softwares – Title Point, Data trace and County recorder Websites.

Soft skills (Minimum)

  • Should be able to read & comprehend documents
  • Data handling ability
  • Good Problem Solving Skills & high Logical ability

Soft Skills (Desirable)

  • Dependability
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment & adaptability to change.

Education Requirements

Graduation from a University or Government-recognized private college degree program or 15 Years of education including a diploma of three (3) years or more from a Government registered and UGC recognized educational institution providing diplomas in the hospitality, tourism, travel industry etc. A 3-year diploma from a privately held Organization like NIIT, Aptech shall also be considered equivalent of Graduation.

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum two years’ of work experience from a title search industry
